Wrestling fans have taken to social media to voice their anger and call for a woman to be banned from live shows after her interaction with WWE stars CM Punk and Cody Rhodes.

Footage of the incident in Glasgow has already gained more than 2.5 million views and left many fans disgusted with the treatment of their heroes.

In the run-up to WrestleMania, the WWE is in Europe, with Monday Night Raw taking place at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro Arena in Scotland.

Following his dramatic heel turn, John Cena delivered a shocking promo that earned loud boos from the crowd.

He said: “I am going to ruin wrestling.

“I am going to ruin wrestling for every fan, every wrestler, for everyone. At WrestleMania, I make history by winning a 17th championship, and finally force you to forget the name of the fun machine, jet-flying, ‘woo’, Ric Flair.”

But it was an incident after the in-ring action had finished that has gained the most heat on social media.

CM Punk And Cody Rhodes In Awkward Fan Interaction

Following the conclusion of the show, current Undisputed CM Punk were taking pictures with fans on the entrance ramp to the arena.

But both stars were left visibly angered by a female fan who repeatedly touched them inappropriately while posing for photos.

As the footage below shows, both Punk and Rhodes can be seen telling the woman to stop, while getting increasingly frustrated.

Fans have taken to social media to the two WWE Superstars and call out the woman’s behaviour.

One said on Twitter (now X): “You can clearly see Punk getting mad and telling her to stop touching him. ban her,” while another added: “This is DISGUSTING.”

A third fan wrote: “Not sure who she harassed first but you’d think she’d learn when the first one chewed her out, but nope. Some people are so entitled and disgusting.”

And a fourth said: “They need to ban her from future events.”

Another added: “See people like this ruin it for the rest of us who are respectful and patient. Ugh.”

Next week, Monday Night Raw returns to London, with the show taking place at the O2 Arena on Monday 31 March.

This will be the first time Raw has been in England’s capital for six years.
