Who Is Favourite To Win BGT 2025?
As we head into the Sunday 24th May BGT semi-final the Britain’s Got Talent favourite – according to the BGT betting odds – are THE BLACKOUTS.
After last weekend’s latest semi-final on Sunday 18th May, the top UK bookmakers are still making The Blackouts the 2/1 market leaders to go all the way and win series 18 of the show.
During their audition they lit up various well-known British landmarks – performing to Queen’s ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’, plus a dazzled with a dance routine to ‘Peanut Butter Jelly’ by Galantis.
These performances led to ALL the judges hitting their t Golden Buzzer for the act – sending them straight through to the BGT semi-final stages.
The Blackout took their performance to another level in the semi-final – dancing to Elton John’s ‘Saturday’s Alright For Fighting’ – which led to a light-up fairground to Coldplay’s ‘A Sky Full Of Stars’ and then looking to fall back on the stage to ‘Runaway (U & I)’ by Galantis.
As a result, BGT judge Alisha Dixon said “You genuinely make people smile [and] you make people feel good”
With Simon Cowell adding “That is exactly the kind of act that I think can win the entire series this year”.
Which then saw Amanda Holden leaping over to press her semi-final GOLDEN BUZZER (watch below).
Meaning The Blackout have automatically progressed to the 2025 BGT Final on Saturday 31st May.

Stacey Leadbeatter and Hear Our Voice Are Next Best In The BGT Betting Odds Market
Just behind The Blackouts in the BGT betting odds is singer Stacey Leadbeatter – after belting out a Demi Lovato song during her semi-final to book her final slot (watch below).
Olly Pearson has also shortened up in the BGT odds market after show boss Simon Cowell gave the singer his semi-final Golden Buzzer.
Singer Vinnie McKee is also a confirmed BGT finalist – after he got the first of the semi-final Golden Buzzers.
While the latest semi-final winners – Ping Pong Pang and the next Golden Buzzer winner – Jasmine Rice – also booked their BGT Final places.
As a result both acts also shortened in the BGT betting odds market – but also remain way off the 2025 favourite The Blackouts.
Hear Our Voice won the public vote in the 18th May semi-final to book their finals place. With judge Alesha Dixon giving her Golden Buzzer vote that week to Joseph Charm.

Voting will then open during each of the live semi-finals and BGT final – with hosts Ant and Dec announcing this each week.
People can cast up to FIVE FREE VOTES per ed mobile number per week (unused votes also won’t rollover to the next week)
You can also vote via over the phone if you wish – but this charged at a rate, so be careful.
Happy voting.
