Watch Tottenham Vs Chelsea highlights as Cole Palmer scored two penalties for the visitors in a thrilling 4-3 victory.

Spurs had taken a two-goal lead inside the first 11 minutes in bizarre fashion. Chelsea fullback Tottenham a couple of golden chances, both of which they took.

First, Brennan Johnson latched onto the loose ball and whipped a cross in for Dominic Solanke, who turned it in for the opener after just five minutes.

Then, moments later, another Cucurella slip allowed Dejan Kulusevski to cut in and bend one into the far corner to double Spurs’ advantage – and prompt a change of boots for the Chelsea defender.

But the visitors responded through Jadon Sancho. The Manchester United loanee drove infield and fired a low strike into the bottom corner past Fraser Forster.

Tottenham led at the break, but Chelsea were the team on top for most of the game. Fifteen minutes into the second half, they equalised from the penalty spot via Palmer before Enzo Fernandez gave them the lead in the 73rd minute.

Palmer then sealed it six minutes from time. After Tottenham gave away another cheap penalty, the England international converted once again in the calmest of fashions.

A deftly-struck Panenka left Forster no chance, with the trademark ‘Cold Palmer’ celebration on show once again.

Son Heung-Min grabbed a third for Spurs in stoppage time, but it was too late to prevent Chelsea from taking all three points.

Victory for Chelsea keeps them in the title race, moving just four points behind leaders Liverpool.

The Reds do have a game in hand, though, after their Merseyside Derby against Everton at Goodison Park was postponed due to storm Darragh.

Enzo Maresca’s side have won five on the bounce in all competitions, and have established themselves as serious contenders for the Premier League.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are in free-fall. Now 11th in the table, they’ve taken just one point from their last three league games since hammering Manchester City 4-0 last month.

Ange Postecoglou will now feel even more pressure after his side coughed up a two-goal advantage.

Next up, Chelsea visit Astana in the Europa Conference League, while Tottenham travel north of the border to face Rangers in the Europa League on Thursday.
