We’re bringing you the Scotland squad latest as Gregor Townsend calls up three new faces ahead of Saturday’s Six Nations clash with Wales.

Scotland have brought in Matt Currie, Ben Muncaster and Nathan McBeth in preparation for this weekend’s game.

This follows the news that back row forwards Jack Mann and Luke Crosbie have both now been ruled out due to injury.

Mann went off with a head injury in Glasgow’s game on Friday, and must now follow World Rugby’s concussion protocols before returning to play.

Crosbie has returned to Edinburgh for further assessment after going off injured while playing for the club side on Friday.

Edinburgh centre Currie returns to the squad having scored a hat-trick in that win against Munster at the weekend.

He is back in contention following a concussion he suffered against Italian side Zebre on 14 February.

Meanwhile, Edinburgh teammate Muncaster comes in as cover for the injured Crosbie and Mann.

He also played in the win over Munster and will hope to add to his one cap after making his international debut against Portugal in the autumn.

Glasgow’s McBeth scored during the side’s narrow loss to the Ospreys, with the loosehead in good form in the United Rugby Championship.

Also returning to Edinburgh are scrum-half Ali Price and winger Ross McCann.

Scotland will be hoping to bounce back against Wales following recent defeats to Ireland and England.

27-18 loss to Ireland last time out.
