As one of the most popular British MMA fighters today and a genuine lightweight contender, we have decided to take a deep dive into the MMA career of Paddy Pimblett. Read on to find out more about his MMA resumé, his UFC record and previous fights.

Paddy Pimblett Record

Paddy Pimblett turned professional back in 2012 with a Round 1 knockout debut victory in his hometown of Liverpool. Since then, Pimblett has had another 25 professional MMA fights, winning all but three of them.

After fighting 19 times in other organisations such as Cage Warriors and Full , ‘Paddy The Baddy’ signed with Dana White and the UFC before making his debut in September 2021.

Up to now, Paddy Pimblett’s MMA career has been nothing short of magnificent. At 30-years-old he still has plenty of time left to achieve what he has set out to do. But for now, the Liverpudlian has barely put a foot wrong in the cage in his career that has spanned over 13 years now.

Pimblett is now ranked inside the Top 10 in the UFC Lightweight Rankings, and will aim to break into the Top 5 in his next fight. If he continues winning and looking good doing so, Pimblett could well fight for UFC gold in 2026 if things go his way.

That being said, he still has a long way to go between now and competing for the UFC Lightweight Title, but is more than capable and continues to get better and better fight after fight.

There is still a long time to go in the MMA career of Paddy Pimblett, of that there is no doubt. Dana White most definitely has a UK star on his hands, alongside Tom Aspinall who are the two who have taken over since Michael Bisping, Leon Edwards and even Darren Till.
