Gareth Southgate The New Favourite In The Next West Ham Manager Market

Almost a year after Gareth Southgate resigned as England boss – the best betting sites in the UK have him as the favourite to return to management at West Ham.
Southgate’s only club management job was at Middlesbrough. He quit in 2009 after they were relegated from the Premier League.
But he rebuilt his reputation in almost eight years in charge of England – leading them to two Euros finals and a World Cup semi-final and quarter-final.
Southgate is in high demand and is the 4/1 favourite to take over at West Ham.
Could Brendan Rodgers Be The Next West Ham Manager?

Brendan Rodgers is being continually linked with Premier League clubs and he is the 5/1 second favourite to be appointed by West Ham.
Rodgers has won two trophies in Scotland this season and is 90 minutes away from completing another treble, with Celtic facing Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final.
His success north of the border means he is in high demand in England and it would not be a surprise if West Ham came in for him.
Could A Former West Ham Player Take Over At The London Stadium?

If West Ham decide to appoint someone who knows the club well, Gary O’Neil is the obvious candidate.
O’Neil played for West Ham from 2011 and 2013. During his time at the club, the Hammers were relegated from the Premier League and were promoted after winning the Championship play-off final.
O’Neil has managed Bournemouth and Wolves but is now a free agent, which could well make him more appealing to the West Ham board.
Commentary: sportscasting.com/uk spokesman Shane Orton reacted to our ‘Next West Ham Manager Odds’ saying:
“West Ham’s owners have shown that they are more than willing to sack a manager when results aren’t going well – so it’s no surprise that Graham Potter is under pressure, even though he’s only been in charge for a few months.
“If Potter is sacked, you get the feeling that West Ham will want to make a high-profile appointment – and Gareth Southgate would fit the bill.
“Of course he might not fancy the job, which would put Brendan Rodgers right in line to be the most likely person to take over.”
