Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho could be heading to Napoli after the Italian club made him a priority g.

Serie A outfit Napoli have been searching for a replacement for Georgian winger Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, who seems to be heading for an exit.

And according to a report by SportItalia, Garnacho is the man they want.

Spanish-born Argentina international Garnacho is a product of the Atletico Madrid academy.

He then ed Manchester United in 2020, and has made 116 appearances for the Red Devils’ senior side to date.

Born in 2004, he is still only 20 years old and is regarded as one of the highest potential young stars in football.

This season, Garnacho has made 30 appearances for United in total. In those, he has scored eight goals and bagged five assists.

He made his senior international debut for Argentina in June 2023 and has amassed eight caps so far.

Napoli Identify Alejandro Garnacho As Kvaratskhelia Replacement

With Georgian international Kvaratskhelia looking like he’s heading to PSG, Garnacho could be the man to replace him.

According to reports, Napoli’s sporting director is already looking to make with United about a potential move.

Manager Antonio Conte is also said to be keen on the Argentine winger.

Garnacho is currently valued at around £50m – according to Transfermarkt.

His future at Old Trafford is uncertain under Ruben Amorim, with the next few weeks crucial.

But for Napoli, any move for Garnacho depends on the situation with their own winger.

Antonio Conte revealed in a press conference that Kvaratskhelia is adamant he wishes to leave, but Napoli will not let him exit without an appropriate fee.

Reports have suggested they will demand in excess of £80m to sanction the Georgian’s move to PSG.

However, the Parisian outfit do not currently agree with that valuation, meaning negotiations may take a while.
