The latest Kai Havertz injury update indicates the Arsenal star could be set for a spell on the sidelines after suffering from a knee problem.
Havertz continued his fine start to the 2024/25 Premier League season after scoring the equaliser in the eventual 3-1 win over Southampton on matchday 7.
So far, the centre-forward has netted six goals and provided one assist in all competitions. In fact, the 25-year-old needs just one more goal contribution to match his entire Chelsea tally.
However, he will have to wait a while to achieve his aim. The German Football Association announced he has been withdrawn from their squad for the UEFA Nations League fixtures.

German FA Statement Confirms Kai Havertz Injury Update
On Sunday, the German FA issued a statement on the latest Kai Havertz injury update. He will definitely miss the fixtures later this month.
‘Kai Havertz will miss the international matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Netherlands due to knee problems. Get well soon, Kai,‘ the DFB confirmed.
Julian Nagelsmann’s side has enough strength in depth to replace Havertz for the UEFA Nations League clashes. However, his presence will be missed after his stunning form at club level.
Since making his debut for the national side in September 2018, the 25-year-old has won 53 caps and scored an impressive 19 goals.
Kai Havertz Injury Update Doesn’t Bode Well For Arsenal
The games that Kai Havertz will potentially miss is the biggest concern for Arsenal ers and boss Mikel Arteta. Especially as the injuries at the Emirates are mounting up.
Club-captain Martin Odegaard has been ruled out for the foreseeable. He was crocked in September’s international break representing Norway.
Defenders Ben White and Jurrien Timber are expected to be back for the next Premier League game on October 19 against AFC Bournemouth.
