Fulham vs Crystal Palace Preview

impressive 2-1 victory against Nottingham Forest last weekend.

Calvin Bassey’s first goal of the season helped the Cottagers pick up their first home victory in the league in 2025, with Emile Smith Rowe also on the scoresheet.

Marco Silva’s side are right in the mix when it comes to qualifying for European football next season. They lie eighth on 39 points – just five behind Manchester City who are in fourth.

Palace, are coming off a defeat to Everton but have won three of their last five Premier League games.

Jean-Phillipe Mateta had a slow start to the season but has netted seven goals in his last six games. This has helped push Palace away from the relegation zone with the Eagles now 13th in the Premier League table – 13 points clear of the bottom three.

Oliver Glasner’s side though have a poor recent record against Saturday’s opponents. Palace have failed to win their last six games in the competition against Fulham (four draws, two losses).

They are however unbeaten in their last five games at Craven Cottage (two wins, three draws).

The UK’s best football betting sites are favouring Fulham to come out on top at Craven Cottage on Saturday. Fulham are at 21/20 to take the three points, with a Palace away victory at 27/10 and a draw at 12/5.

Fulham Team News

Sasa Lukic is a doubt for Fulham ahead of their clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

The Serbian midfielder who has made 20 league appearances this season came off with an injury towards the end of their victory over Nottingham Forest last week.

Harrison Reed was brought on in his place and could make the starting XI this weekend.

Fulham continue to be without Harry Wilson (foot), Reiss Nelson (thigh) and Kenny Tete (knee). Both Wilson and Tete are expected to be out until early April.

Crystal Palace Team News

Adam Wharton and Eberechi Eze only made the bench in their 2-1 defeat to Everton. However, the pair are likely to start in the trip to west London.

While Palace’s injury concerns are largely ea, they continue to be without Chadi Riad (cruciate ligament tear), Cheick Doucoure (knee) and Joel Ward (calf strain).

Fulham vs Crystal Palace Prediction

We at SportsCasting are predicting an entertaining game with both sides to score.

Fulham have been the stronger side this season but Palace’s form has improved recently despite a disappointing defeat against in-form Everton last weekend. Jean-Phillipe Mateta might have something to say in this match and it has the makings of a score-draw.

Prediction: Fulham 2-2 Crystal Palace
