Mbeumo, Havertz and Palmer Among The Risers In Latest FPL Price Changes Ahead Of Gameweek 8

In-form trio Bryan Mbeumo, Kai Havertz and Cole Palmer are all among the risers in the latest FPL price changes ahead of Gameweek 8, which follows October’s international window.
While FPL managers face a brief spell away from Premier League action thanks to October’s international window, the nightly price changes continue, with several high-profile stars among the risers and fallers ahead of Gameweek 8.
Upon the return from international action, there are several key fixtures in GW8. Tottenham face off against city rivals West Ham to kick things off on Saturday, 19 October, while Newcastle face Brighton later in the day and Liverpool host Chelsea to close out Super Sunday on the 20th.
One Blues star that has, once again, risen in price following an assist in Gameweek 7 is the ever-impressive Cole Palmer. The England international’s assist against Nottingham Forest came following his impressive four-goal haul against Brighton the week prior, and he is now priced at £10.8m after starting the season at £10.5m.
Also among the risers are in-form forwards Kai Havertz (£8.3m), Raul Jimenez (£5.6m) and Erling Haaland (£15.4m), while midfielders Bryan Mbeumo (£7.5m), Gabriel Martinelli (£7.0m), Morgan Rogers (£5.3m) and Brennan Johnson (£6.6m) have also increased in price.
Some notable fallers in the nightly price changes for Gameweek 8 include Darwin Nunez (£7.1m), Amadou Onana (£5.1m), Christopher Nkunku (£6.0m), Kevin De Bruyne (£9.4m), Joshua Zirkzee (£6.8m), Emile Smith Rowe (£5.7m) and Diogo Jota (£7.4m) despite the Liverpool star scoring the sole goal in his side’s 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in GW7.
Tottenham’s Heung-min Son has also suffered a price drop, now at £9.8m, and so has Liverpool winger Luis Diaz (£8.0m).
