Which F1 Teams are Running Special Liveries for 2025 Miami GP?

Formula One (F1) goes to the USA’s Sunshine State this weekend, and as many as three teams have showcased their creative chops by unfurling special one-off liveries for the Miami Grand Prix.
The Miami International Autodrome will host its fourth F1 GP this week. The festivities begin with Free Practice 1 on Friday, May 2, and will run until the Grand Prix on Sunday, May 4. Check out SportsCasting’s comprehensive guide to know when and how to watch the Miami GP this weekend.
The Miami GP has drawn massive crowds since its inauguration in 2022. Last year, over 275,000 people attended the Grand Prix weekend, demonstrating the massive popularity F1 currently enjoys in the US. Understandably, teams want to capitalise on this engagement, and some go the extra mile to do so.
Running one-off liveries is always an excellent way to boost engagement, as it not only makes the fans feel special but also paves the way for exclusive merchandise sales. This year, three F1 teams, Ferrari, Racing Bulls, and Kick Sauber, are bringing special liveries for the Miami GP weekend, and below, we will check them all out.
Ferrari Special Livery for Miami GP
Ferrari have not had the start they wanted this season. Between Lewis Hamilton’s struggles and the car not living up to expectations, the most successful F1 team are toiling in fourth place in the Constructors’ rankings — a whopping 110 points behind leaders McLaren.

Hamilton and Charles Leclerc hope to turn the page in Miami, and they plan to look good doing it. For the Miami GP, Ferrari have bumped up HP’s signature blue and white theme on their scarlet car, with it now engulfing almost the entirety of the engine cover. The front wing has also received the white-and-blue treatment, while the two pilots will sport special blue and white race suits throughout the weekend.

With this special livery, Ferrari is marking a one-year collaboration with IT giant Hewlett-Packard (HP).
Racing Bulls Brings a Fresh Livery for Miami GP
Unlike Ferrari, Racing Bulls have not played it safe with their special Miami GP livery. They have gone all out, replacing their swanky white and blue skin with an eye-catching pink or magenta.
Racing Bulls’ livery strategically coincides with the launch of Red Bull’s Summer Edition White Peach. Racing Bulls drivers Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson will also wear matching pink and white race suits throughout Practice 1, both Quali rounds, the Sprint, and the Grand Prix.

Announcing the special Miami GP livery, team CEO Peter Bayer said:
“Miami holds a special place for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls, it’s where we debuted our very first special livery as a team last year, which was a moment that set the tone for who we are: bold, creative and willing to push the boundaries.”
It will be interesting to see if Hadjar and Lawson can make it a memorable weekend for VCARB.
Sauber’s Special Miami GP Livery Pays Homage to the City’s Art Scene
Sauber has gone bold with their special Miami GP livery, applying their neon green and black colour scheme in an explosive paint-splash pattern. The team has paid homage to Miami’s vibrant art scene with their special livery.
Sauber’s Miami look will not be radically different from their usual strip, but we cannot help but commend them for trying something new.

Sauber finished the 2024 F1 season with just four points. This year, they have already secured six points from five races. Will they be able to add to their tally this weekend? We cannot wait to get the answer on Sunday.
