When Will the FA Cup Final Tickets Go on Sale for Crystal Palace Fans?

As confirmed by Crystal Palace, the tickets for the FA Cup final against Man City at Wembley Stadium will go on sale next Tuesday, May 6.

How to Buy Crystal Palace FA Cup Final Tickets?

Crystal Palace will sell all their allotted FA Cup final tickets via their tried-and-tested ticketing system. Fans can buy tickets via Palace’s online portal, by calling Ticketmaster, or in person at the FC Box Office.

The most convenient way to purchase FA Cup final tickets would be via Palace’s online ticketing portal. Click on this link to go to the portal. Just like the semi-finals, there will be a queueing system to ensure equal opportunity to fans.

All tickets for the Final are in digital format and will be shared via email. Fans can enter Wembley either by showing the digital ticket or by presenting a printed copy.

Ticketmaster

If you cannot purchase the ticket online, you could ring Ticketmaster’s call centre at 0844 453 9940. Lines will be open 14:00 – 17:00 BST, Monday to Friday.

Please note that long queues are expected for the Cup final.

FC Box Office

Lastly, you can get your FA Cup final ticket by visiting the FC Box Office between 14:00 – 17:00 BST after the ticket sale goes live on May 6.

FC Box Office will also sell tickets over the phone, but only to disabled Crystal Palace fans who are unable to purchase tickets online. You can call the FC Box Office at 0333 360 1861 from 10:00 BST at the start of each sales phase.

What are the Ticket Selling Order and Purchasing Eligibility for the FA Cup Final?

Crystal Palace fans will be able to buy the FA Cup final tickets in four Phases. Phase One tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, May 6. Phase Two on Wednesday, May 7. Tickets in Phases Three and Four will go on sale on Thursday (May 8) and Friday (May 9), respectively.

Who Are Eligible for Phase One Tickets?

Season Ticket+ Holders, Away Season Ticket Holders, Season Ticket Holders with over 8,500 Loyalty Points, and Gold/Junior Gold with over 8,500 Loyalty Points can purchase FA Cup final tickets in Phase One. Only one ticket allotted per person.

Adult, Junior and International can purchase one ticket each in Phase Three.

Who Are Eligible for Phase Four Tickets?

Season Ticket Holders can get up to two additional tickets per Client Reference Number, if they have already purchased in either of the first two Phases. First-time buyers can purchase up to three tickets.

Note: Only hips and upgraded hips purchased before April 21, 2025, and with previous purchase history since before March 29, 2025, are eligible to buy in the four Phases. Crystal Palace ers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Football Association has set the pricing structure for Crystal Palace’s Cup final against Man City. Adult ticket prices range between £50 and £285, while Senior (65+), 18-21, and U-18 tickets cost between £40 and £265. Tickets for ambulant people and those using a wheelchair cost £50 for adults and £40 for seniors, adults between 18-21, and U-18.

All tickets will include an additional £4 charge – £2.50 booking and £1.50 transaction.

To get multiple seats together, you have to add fellow fans’ Client Reference Numbers to the Friends & Family section under Management.

To get memorabilia tickets for the FA Cup final, you have to pay an additional £5.95 for each ticket. These special, non-functional tickets, which will include your name and seat info, will be sent to your ed address after the final on May 17.

Crystal Palace have been allocated 300 tickets each for ambulant disabled ers, and 300 more for their personal assistants (PAs).
