Chris Eubank Jr has beaten Conor Benn in an epic middleweight contest at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday night.

Conor Benn started with explosive pace in the first two rounds, causing Chris Eubank Jr with an early test to start.
The Destroyer then wobbled Eubank Jr in the third with a solid left hook but was unable to take advantage.
But with time to recover in between rounds, Eubank fought back, hitting Benn with a brilliant uppercut to leave his rival reeling.
Eubank roared back, taking the next two rounds as he heaped the pressure back on Benn in the fifth.
As the rounds tumbled, the two rivals let loose, with both unleashing a flurry of lefts and right in the hope of landing that knockout.
Eubank suffered a nasty cut on his eye after the pair had an accidental clash of heads in the ninth, leaving Eubank with a bloodied face.
The momentum was with Benn going into the 11th, as the pair continued to trade blows while exhausting all their energy to come out on top.
This epic contest lived up to a thrilling finish, with Eubank landing a number of brilliant shots to daze Benn before The Destroyer responded with a body shot of his own just before the bell.
While both fighters claimed the victory at the end, it was Eubank Jr who’s hand was raised at the end, with all three judges handing him the win by unanimous decision and inflict Benn with his first professional defeat.

Conor Benn and Chris Eubank Jr have a rematch clause in their contracts, but it remains to be seen if it’ll be exercised.
What Did Eubank Jr Say On His Victory?
Eubank Jr was surprised with how Benn brought the best out of him and that he didn’t train for a bout like this.
“I knew I was capable of that and I just needed someone to bring that out of me. I did not expect him to be the guy to do that,” Eubank told DAZN.
“The face our fathers did it before brings out the soul in you.
“There have been a lot of things going on in my life. I’m happy to have my dad back with me.
"I knew I was capable of that" 🙌

“It was special. He needed to be here. All of this is because of what he did.
“Three things surprised me. I did not know he had what he had in him. I thought I’d break him early. I didn’t train for a fight like that.”
What Did Benn Say After His First Defeat?
Benn blamed his defeat on inactivity, but felt he had done enough to win.
“Maybe 14 months out of the ring played a factor. That would be the only thing – inactivity,” Benn told DAZN in reviewing his defeat.
“It was close. I need to watch it back. I thought I won. Maybe I stayed on the ropes for too long. I enjoyed it and it was a massive homecoming.
“We always knew Chris was a good fighter, and has good fighting talk.
“I believe I can go back down a weight and win a title.”
Nigel Benn added: “He did really well and learnt a lot from this and he’ll come back stronger. We can handle defeat gracefully and go back to the drawing board.”
