When Are The Artur Beterbiev vs Dmitry Bivol Weigh-Ins For Undisputed Rematch?

We are just days away from this highly anticipated undisputed world light-heavyweight title rematch between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev. But before we can see the Beterbiev vs Bivol rematch in Riyadh, both fighters must hit the scales and weigh-in ahead of their fight the following night.

Ahead of this bumper Riyadh Season showdown, both Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev will have to weigh-in officially the day before fight night.

All fighters on the Beterbiev vs Bivol 2 undercard, and of course the main event combatants themselves, must make weight prior to their respective fight going ahead.

The official weigh-in show is on Friday, February 21. All fighters on the card must get their weights taken, with the weigh-ins commencing at roughly 6pm BST.

This is a rough estimate of when both Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol will hit the scales, and could be subject to change.

February 22nd will of course be the second time Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol face off in the ring. The pair of light-heavyweight icons battled it out back in October, with Beterbiev winning a razor thin majority decision to be crowned the undisputed king at light-heavyweight.

The undefeated Russian handed Bivol the first defeat of his career, but many fans had the fight the other way with Bivol perhaps hard done by. Given how close the first fight was, it comes as no surprise that we get to witness a compelling rematch this weekend.

For their first fight, both Beterbiev and Bivol weighed-in the evening prior to fight night. Given the fact both fighters compete at light-heavyweight, both men came in just inside the 175-pound limit.

For the rematch, boxing fans are expecting both fighters to make weight once again. Given his age, it has been talked about that Beterbiev could struggle to make weight this time. However, he is a diligent professional and will likely hit the scales with no issues.
