Team USA will begin their showcase schedule with a game against Canada on July 10 in Las Vegas, the site of their training camp.
Canada is expected to compete with the United States for the gold medal. Canada’s team is headlined by Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray.
Canada beat the United States in the third-place game at the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
After Wednesday’s game, Team USA will travel to Abu Dhabi to play Australia and Serbia. Team USA will finish their showcase schedule with two games in London against South Sudan and .
