Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft Picks

The Bucs have been one of the most consistent teams in the NFL over these five years.

Todd Bowles is three-for-three making the playoffs as the Bucs’ coach. However, last season ended prematurely as Jayden Daniels and the Commanders went to Tampa and beat the Bucs on Wild Card Weekend.

The Bucs have six draft picks, including three in the top 84.

2025 NFL Draft: Tampa’s Team Needs

Linebacker

After he retires, Lavonte David will be in the Bucs’ Ring of Honor. David, 35, signed a one-year deal to remain in Tampa.

While David can still stop the run, he struggles to play the . Father Time is starting to catch up.

Finding another inside linebacker to be David’s heir should be a priority.

Edge Rusher

Calijah Kancey was the Bucs’ leader in sacks last season with 7.5.

Overall, the team was tied for the seventh most sacks (46) a season ago.

Tampa signed Haason Reddick to a short-term deal to help at edge. After last season’s debacle, Tampa cannot rely on Reddick just yet and should try to find another edge in the draft.

Safety

Safety Antoine Winfield Jr. has become one of the five best at his position in the NFL. However, Winfield only played nine games last season.

Winfield needs a running mate in the secondary, and the Bucs should try to find one in the middle rounds.
