Who Is Performing At The Super Bowl 2025 Halftime Show?

Grammy Award-winning artist Kendrick Lamar is headlining the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show.

“Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date. And I’ll be there to remind the world why,” Lamar said in a statement. “They got the right one.”

Lamar is one of the most critically acclaimed rappers in music. Lamar’s 17 Grammys are the third-most by a rapper, behind Jay-Z and Kanye West, with 24 apiece.

Though respected within the hip-hop community, Lamar’s mainstream stardom increased exponentially in 2024 because of his feud with Drake.

Lamar’s diss track, Not Like Us, peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Like That and Squabble Up also reached No. 1.

2024’s GNX became Lamar’s fifth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.

Lamar previously performed alongside Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show at SoFi Stadium in 2022.

What Time Is The Super Bowl 2025 Halftime Show?

The 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show does not have a specific start time.

It all depends on the first half of the game.

Super Bowl 2025 kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET. The first half usually takes around 75-90 minutes in real time. If that prediction holds, the halftime show will start around 8 p.m. ET.

The Super Bowl has an extended halftime of 25-30 minutes due to the halftime show.

The halftime show runs 12–15 minutes and will air on Fox.

Lamar’s halftime show has added a Grammy-winning singer.

SZA will perform alongside Lamar during this year’s halftime show. SZA is Lamar’s former Top Dawg Entertainment teammate.

Lamar and SZA previously collaborated on All the Stars, the Oscar-nominated song on the Black Panther soundtrack. SZA was recently featured on several songs on GNX, including Gloria and Luther.

After the Super Bowl, Lamar and SZA will embark on The Grand National Tour, a co-headlining North American tour that spans 19 cities.
