Tory Horton from Colorado State was one of the more interesting wide receiver prospects heading into the 2025 NFL Draft. But he has yet to be selected as of the start of Day 3, meaning that some team may be getting a steal if they nab him with one of their late round picks.

Which NFL Team Will Select Tory Horton?

Which teams make the most sense? We look at three potential landing spots for Horton:

Denver Broncos

Possible Pick: 4th Round, 134th overall

The Broncos came into the 2025 NFL Draft with a need to surround Bo Nix with weapons. They took Pat Bryant in the third round, but don’t be surprised to see them double down in round four by selecting Horton to add to the mix.

Horton is a “local” product, having played his collegiate days at Colorado State University, just south of Denver.

The only issue with this scenario is the limited picks that the Broncos have available on Day 3. As it stands now, they have one 4th rounder and one 6th rounder remaining.

Baltimore Ravens

Potential Pick: 4th Round, 129th overall

The Ravens have plenty of wide receiver options on their roster at the moment, but bringing in a guy like Horton could provide some training camp competition. Baltimore has been missing a star wideout for years, and while the Colorado State product likely won’t be that, he can certainly be a depth piece on a team with an MVP quarterback.

They have a trove of Day 3 picks to work with. The Ravens still have eight selections to make in during the final three rounds, including two fourth rounders that they could use on Horton.

Buffalo Bills

Potential Pick: 4th Round, 132nd overall

Josh Allen has proved that he can play at an NFL MVP level no matter who his targets are, but it wouldn’t hurt the Bills to add a potential playmaker.

Buffalo acquired Josh Palmer in the offseason to add to the wide receiver room, but the unit could certainly use more depth. The three players listed as second stringers on the depth chart caught a total of 32 es last year, with 31 of them coming from Curtis Samuel.

The Bills have plenty of firepower on Day 3 with seven picks still in their pocket, including a late fourth rounder.
