Ballerina will be a true test of John Wick’s staying power at the box office.
The odds say Ballerina will open to less than $29 million (+170). However, strong word of mouth can put this opening over $30 million, especially once audiences realize that John Wick plays a huge factor in the third act.
John Wick: Chapter 4 holds the title for the biggest opening weekend in the franchise with $73 million.
If Ballerina can gross more than $30 million, it will be the third-highest opening for a John Wick movie.
