Amari Cooper is set to become a free agent. Cooper began the season with the Cleveland Browns before being traded to the Buffalo Bills in October. A reunion in Buffalo may not happen. Where will Cooper play in 2025? Below are the next team odds for Amari Cooper.

Amari Cooper’s Disappointing 2024 Campaign

The Bills thought they were landing a legitimate No. 1 receiver when they acquired Cooper.

To say the 30-year-old receiver was a disappointment would be an understatement.

Despite playing with one of the league’s best quarterbacks in Josh Allen, Cooper only caught 20 es for 297 yards and two touchdowns in eight regular-season games with the Bills.

Cooper was virtually nonexistent in the postseason, with six catches for 41 yards.

Now, Cooper’s future with the Bills is uncertain. Tee Higgins’ likely return to the Bengals increases Cooper’s value in free agency.

The Bills already re-signed Khalil Shakir. Plus, Keon Coleman could take a leap in year two, while Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox provide Allen multiple looks at tight end.

If Cooper’s value somehow increases outside the Bills’ budget, don’t expect Buffalo to break the bank for a 10-year veteran.

Despite his struggles in Buffalo, Cooper will still be one of the five best wide receivers in free agency.

The Pittsburgh Steelers (+300) have been trying to add another catcher to pair with George Pickens.

As a possession receiver, Cooper could pair nicely with Pickens, who remains the team’s down-the-field threat.

The New England Patriots (+400) will certainly add a top wide receiver this offseason. Expect the Patriots to make a play for Chris Godwin before they entertain the idea of adding Cooper.

The Houston Texans have major question marks at wide receiver behind Nico Collins.

Tank Dell will miss the entire 2025 season, and Stefon Diggs is an aging free agent.

For the right price, Houston could add Cooper to the fold as they begin year one under the new offensive coordinator, Nick Caley.
