The 2025 Memorial Tournament will tee off at Muirfield Village Golf Club on Thursday at 7:50 a.m. ET.
This signature event features a stacked field highlighted by some of golf’s top talent, including Scottie Scheffler, Viktor Hovland, Xander Schauffele, Ludvig Åberg, and more. A total of 36 groups will tee off, with start times running from 7:50 a.m. ET to 2:00 p.m. ET.
Despite it being late May, the weather isn’t looking promising in Dublin, Ohio, this weekend. The field will once again be challenged by a mix of conditions, including rain, wind, and cooler temperatures.

The early rounds will be competitive at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Unlike other signature events, the Memorial Tournament will feature a cut, meaning players will have to be at their best in order to earn a share of the $20 million purse.
There is a loaded field at the 2025 Memorial Tournament this weekend but some pairings are simply must-watch TV this weekend. Fans are in for a treat in the morning as Xander Schauffele and Jordan Spieth will tee off at 10:05 a.m. ET. Only 10 minutes later, former champion Viktor Hovland and Ludvig Aberg will tee off at 10:15 a.m. ET.
In the afternoon, Justin Thomas and two-time Memorial winner Patrick Cantlay get started at 1:20 p.m. ET. Right behind them at 1:30 p.m. ET, world No.1 Scottie Scheffler and Sepp Straka round out the marquee groups of round 1.

As a signature event, the tournament boasts a talent-packed field, making every pairing worth watching from start to finish.
The 2025 Memorial Tournament Round 1 tee times begin at 7:50 a.m. ET, with 36 pairs heading out in 10-minute intervals until the final group tees off at 2:00 p.m. ET.
The field consists of 72 players, with the top 50 advancing to the final two rounds after the cut. Fans will be watching closely, as defending champion Scottie Scheffler tries to become the first player since Tiger Woods in 2000 to win the tournament twice in a row (Tiger actually won it again in 2021).

2025 Memorial Tournament Weather Forecast
The weather forecast isn’t looking promising at Muirfield Village Golf Club this weekend for the Memorial Tournament. The weekend appears to be a mixed bag, with varying conditions each day.
Thursday and Friday will be cooler, with highs in the 70s and lows dipping into the 50s and 60s. There is a 40% chance of rain both mornings, with an increasing chance of precipitation on Friday afternoon.
