Aston Villa Vs Chelsea preview

Here’s our Aston Villa Vs Bournemouth preview, team news and prediction ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash at Villa Park.

Aston Villa Vs Bournemouth Preview

Aston Villa

Unai Emery’s remarkable European form with Champions League.

Having not played in Europe’s top competition for more than 40 years, Villa’s 2-0 win over Bologna sent them to the top of the table after round three of the league phase.

Villa beat BSC Young Boys and Bayern Munich, and are yet to concede in Europe this season.

On the domestic front, they are well in the hunt for another top-four finish, currently occupying the final Champions League spot.

They beat Fulham 3-1 away from home, and will climb to third if they better Arsenal’s result this weekend.

Villa have not lost in any competition since August’s defeat to the Gunners, and will look to maintain that run on Saturday.

Aston Villa Vs Bournemouth Confirmed Lineups

Aston Villa: Martinez; Cash, Carlos, Torres, Digne; McGinn, Tielemans, Onana, Ramsey; Rogers; Watkins

Bournemouth: Travers; Araujo, Zabarnyi, Senesi, Kerkez; Cook, Christie; Semenyo, Kluivert, Ouattara; Unal

Aston Villa Vs Bournemouth Prediction

Bournemouth have certainly good at creating chances, so we expect them to get on the scoresheet.

But with their poor away form and Villa’s momentum from midweek, we think the hosts will take all three points.

Prediction: Aston Villa 2-1 Bournemouth
