Chelsea ended their three-game winless run in all competitions by beating relegation-strugglers Southampton 4-0 in the Premier League on Tuesday night – and here’s our player ratings for the Blues.

Filip Jorgensen – 6
Few nervy moments in the early stages had the crowd on his back but settled down once Chelsea started to take control.
Malo Gusto – 6
Defensively shaky in the early stages against Southampton but regained his composure and was a willing runner down the right-flank.
Tosin Adarabioyo – 7
Was another player guilty of a nervous showing in the first 20 minutes but did well to set up Christopher Nkunku’s goal and was strong in defence from there on.
Levi Colwill 7.5
Improved defensively as the game went on for Chelsea against Southampton and was not troubled in the second-half. Effectively killed the game before half-time by scoring Chelsea’s third with a thumping header.
Marc Cucurella – 8
Was dangerous throughout the match on the left-flank and was involved in two goals. He won the ball high up the pitch in the build-up for Pedro Neto’s goal before adding Chelsea’s fourth in the second-half by firing into the bottom corner.
Enzo Fernandez – 7
Deserved an assist for his clever when he slid through Cole Palmer on moment. Showed some real moments of quality on the ball.
Moises Caicedo – 6
Quiet night for the midfielder who didn’t have to put out too many fires. Picked up a booking in the second-half for a silly challenge.

Grew into the game after a quiet start and produced some dangerous moments including some threatening crosses and neat link-up play.
Cole Palmer – 5
Southampton, he missed at least four good chances. A return to form for Palmer will be a big boost for Chelsea’s top-four hopes. Receives our lowest score in Chelsea’s Player Ratings against Southampton.
Christopher Nkunku – 8
Starting to pick up some form for Chelsea and got the ball rolling for the Blues with a brave back post header. He later added an assist by finding Pedro Neto. With Nicolas Jackson out, Nkunku’s improved form could be a boost for Chelsea as they bid to finish in the top-four of the Premier League table.
Pedro Neto – 8.5
Pedro Neto is the star performer in our Chelsea vs Southampton Player Ratings. Flourished in a central role scoring their second-goal, looked dangerous when using his pace to run-in behind and delivered a nice free-kick for Levi Colwill’s header too.
