With one win, one top-10 and two top-15 finishes in its past three NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series outings at Texas Motor Speedway, Spire Motorsports expects to maintain its Texas-sized momentum.

Cup circuit regular Kyle Busch dominated last year’s SpeedCash.com 250, leading 112 of 167 laps en route to Victory Lane.

The Mooresville, North Carolina, organization fields four Chevrolet trucks, the No. 07, 7, 71 and 77.

The 07 and 7 teams field a rotating list of pilots, while Rajah Caruth (No. 71) and Andres Perez de Lara (77) compete full-time.

Nick Sanchez will get his chance behind the 07 and Carson Hocevar in the 77 during Friday night’s event at the 1.5-mile quad oval.

“It’s been a while since I ran in the series,” Hocevar said via press release. “I won my first truck race there.”

A veteran of 77 Truck Series races, Hocevar won at Texas in 2023, en route to reaching the Championship 4 race. Hocevar (+350) drew the second-best sports-betting odds to capture Friday night’s SpeedyCash.com 250 at Texas Motor Speedway, according to BetOnline Sportsbook.

Points leader Corey Heim aims to maintain his season-long momentum. Tabbed with the top odds to win Friday, Heim (+155) seeks to build off a seven-race start with two wins and six top-10 finishes.
