The Los Angeles Rams have activated Puka Nacua from injured reserve. Will the Rams wide receiver play on Thursday Night Football against the Minnesota Vikings?

Rams Activate Puka Nacua

For the first time since Week 1, Nacua will suit up for the Rams on Thursday night. It’s Nacua’s first game since spraining his PCL in Week 1. Nacua caught four es for 35 yards in the Week 1 loss against the Detroit Lions.

Nacua has missed the Rams’ last five games.

Nacua was the Rams’ best receiver in 2023, setting a rookie record with 105 receptions and 1,486 receiving yards. The talented receiver also had six touchdowns.

Nacua will likely be on a snap count tonight as the Rams ease him back into the offense.

Cooper Kupp Expected To Play Against Vikings

Matthew Stafford is going to be a happy quarterback on Thursday night. Nacua returns to the lineup, but so is Cooper Kupp, Stafford’s favorite target.

Kupp has been out since he exited Week 2’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals with a sprained ankle.

However, Kupp is off the injury report and is expected to play Thursday night.

Kupp’s name has been in trade rumors all week, with teams inquiring about the former Super Bowl MVP’s availability.

Per The Athletic, the Rams have been exploring trade options for Kupp. The team is seeking a second-round pick in return and would be willing to pay some of Kupp’s remaining 2024 salary.

The Rams (2-4) host the Vikings (5-1) in Week 8 on Thursday Night Football.
